Access to certain features within the system may be restricted to your current pricing tier, information can be found on the Pricing page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
For tenants, payments for coworking space bookings, memberships, or other services may be processed through the Service. The terms and amounts related to these payments will be specified by the coworking space operator. By using the Service, you authorize TenantCE LTD to process payments on behalf of the operator and agree to comply with any billing terms provided by the operator.
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to the platform is accurate and up to date.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and design, are owned by TenantCE LTD or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms.
